Functions and Features

JND-SW series middle to large scale seawater desalination equipment is suitable for sea islands, troop stations and sea shore cities short of water. They can effectively remove harmful elements such as inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic bacteria, pathogens, etc. and desalinate the seawater to good quality water complying with the National Drinking Water Quality Standard. In this series, the pre-treatment system consists of a full-automatic multi-channel valve to perform automatic and large volume flush and back-flush processing. The shell and pipe are made of anti-corrosion materials, making for a complete system that is highly durable and long-lasting. The main RO system consists of the most advanced RO system elements, and is designed with unique energy recovery technology to perform at the lowest energy cost. The system is also equipped with an advanced monitoring system to assure its stability, quality of the product water (when the product water quality exceeds the alarm salinity value, the drain valve will open automatically to drain the product into drainage) and provide accurate information on performance. There are advanced control instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, pressure relief, and drain pipes. These make the piping system more stable and safe so that the system is maintenance safe and reliable.
