3. Customer factory area and room layout

We will provide equipment support for customers based on the filling liquid, bottle type, and production capacity provided, from water treatment equipment to palletizing machines and related auxiliary equipment.

Among them, in the selection of bottle size and style, we can either based on the customer's rough description (or the customer's preferred bottle sample), or engrave the customer's logo on the bottle body, use CAD and other drawing software to create a vector diagram of the bottle for the customer to confirm the style. After confirming the style, we will create a mold according to the pattern, and then produce a bottle sample. After the bottle sample is confirmed by the customer, we can save the mold and put it into production later. The customer can also provide us with the already drawn bottle body pattern, and our company can process the mold to meet the customer's needs.

Regarding the bottle label, the customer provides the logo and relevant information displayed on the label or previously provided a designed label pattern, and selects labels of different materials for printing and production based on the type of supporting label machine.

We will make the overall layout of the customer's factory based on the size of the customer's factory and the layout of each room, combined with the size of our equipment. We will confirm the placement of each equipment and provide drawings. According to the drawings, we will provide the customer with the configuration of each conveying section to ensure the smooth transition between each equipment and fully utilize the space in the customer's factory.
