1. This machine is suitable for round, square, flat and other cylindrical containers and bottle shapes

2. It is suitable for hot melt adhesive labeling of plastic bottles, glass bottles and other containers in mineral water, food and other industries.

3. It is controlled by Schneider servo motor and Schneider application controller, which is easy to operate and stable and reliable.

4. The deviation correction system is perfectly combined with the advanced gluing system and vacuum suction hub to ensure high labeling accuracy. Glue is only applied to the head and tail of the label, reducing the amount of glue used and saving costs.

5. The synchronous gear transmission system, and the screw and star wheel are used to cooperate with the bottle in and out to ensure smooth and stable product in and out during high-speed operation.

6. The production speed can reach up to 20000/hour, and it can be connected with the high-speed filling machine for production, which improves the production speed and saves production costs.
