深圳市金富来饮水设备有限公司(JNDWATER) recently completed the installation and commissioning of two customized bottled water filling lines for local customers in St. Kitts – a 1.5L water filling line and a 5L barrel filling line. The two production lines share the front-end water treatment system, using the “ultrafiltration + dual-stage RO + UV + ozone” seven-stage process to reduce the raw water TDS from 1200 mg/L to below 5 μS/cm; the blowing, filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing sections operate independently, with a 1.5L line speed of 6000 bottles/hour and a 5L line speed of 4200 bottles/hour. The servo only takes 90 seconds to switch bottle types. After 48 hours of on-site hoisting and remote AR debugging, it passed the acceptance at one time, adding a new case of JNDWATER’s whole plant solution to the Caribbean market.
