At JNDWATER’s China beverage water bottling line factory in Shenzhen, JNDWATER conducted a full-process test of a customized bottled carbonated beverage filling line for a client. The aim was to allow the client to conduct a comprehensive on-site acceptance and verification of the entire production line’s performance, efficiency, and final product quality before the equipment was shipped to their overseas factory.
This carbonated water beverage bottling line, built to the client’s specifications, simulated production within JNDWATER’s workshop. The process included shaping empty preforms using a high-speed blow molding machine, preparing standard-compliant carbonated water using a water treatment and carbon dioxide mixing system, the core isobaric filling, capping, labeling, and finally, packaging and palletizing.
