Jndwater, a water filling machine manufacturer from Shenzhen, China, has successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and delivery of a bottled water filling line in Mongolia and has officially started production. This project is another important achievement of Jndwater’s deep cultivation in the Central Asian market, marking the recognition of its high-quality and intelligent water treatment and filling equipment by international customers once again.
The delivery this time is a complete production line compatible with two bottle types of bottled water, 500ml and 330mll, with a designed production capacity of 5000 bottles per hour, aimed at meeting the dual needs of the local Mongolian market for household drinking and portable drinking water. The core of the entire line is independently designed and integrated by Jndwater, covering the entire process from water treatment, semi-automatic bottle blowing machine bottle forming, bottle washing and filling of water bottle filling machins, sealing, labeling of sticker labeling machines, and finally film wrap packaging with film wrapping machines.
The unique climate conditions and high water hardness in Mongolia pose a severe challenge to the stability of equipment and water treatment processes. Jndwater dispatched a project team consisting of senior mechanical and electrical engineers to conduct a one month on-site work at the client’s factory.
One of the core tasks of the project team is to install and debug the core water treatment system. In response to the characteristics of the local water source, the system has specially strengthened the multi-media filtration and reverse osmosis desalination process to ensure that the produced water quality is pure and stable, fully meeting the highest drinking water standards. At the same time, the installation and synchronous debugging of the high-speed filling line are carried out simultaneously, and engineers accurately calibrate each conveyor belt, filling valve, and labeling machine station to ensure smooth and error free production pace.

High speed self-adhesive labeling machine: using a high-precision servo system to ensure accurate and smooth labeling positions for various bottle types.
