Shenzhen J&D Drinking Water Equipment Co., Ltd. (Jndwater) announced today the successful completion of a turnkey project in Canada for a 4L large-package water bottling line and a 500ml small-bottle water filling line. The project utilizes the company’s latest intelligent bottling solution, achieving fully automated production from raw material processing to finished product delivery.
The delivered project comprises two independent bottling systems: a 4L bottling line designed for home and commercial consumption, and a high-efficiency 500ml bottling line for the retail market. The 4L bottling line is equipped with the company’s newly developed high-speed rotary filling valve, ensuring stability in large-scale production; while the 500ml bottling line employs advanced isobaric filling technology, perfectly preserving the natural characteristics of the water. Both production lines are equipped with JNDWATER’s own blow molding machines, achieving integrated production from preform to finished bottle.
During the project execution, JNDWATER’s technical team conducted four weeks of equipment installation and system integration work at the customer’s site. In addition to the core filling system, the project also includes a complete water treatment system, high-speed labeling machines, and intelligent packaging machines. The entire production system operates collaboratively through a central control platform, significantly improving equipment utilization and production efficiency.
