The working principle of a carbonated beverage mixer mainly includes the following steps:
Degassing: Before carbonation, the clean water is degassed to ensure the content of carbon dioxide. The degassing methods include vacuum degassing and degassing by injecting carbon dioxide, etc. Vacuum degassing is commonly used.
Cooling: The degassed water is sent to the plate heat exchanger through a multi-stage centrifugal pump for cooling, so that its temperature drops to 0-4°C to increase the solubility of carbon dioxide.
Mixing: The cooled water and syrup are mixed in a certain proportion in the mixing tank, and then pumped into the carbonation tank.
Carbonation: In the carbonation tank, the mixed material is fully in contact with carbon dioxide to complete the carbonation process. The tank is equipped with a coil and a refrigerant to cool the material to incorporate enough carbon dioxide.
