How does a 5 gallon filling machine work?
First, the 5-gallon container is placed on a conveyor and transported to a bottle washer for cleaning. Then, it is transported to the filling area for filling. Water is pumped into the container at a specified flow rate. Once the preset volume is reached, the filling stops automatically. Finally, the filled water bottle is transported to the capping & sealing mechanism to seal the 5-gallon cap.
