2. Water Bottle Filling Machine Product features
Pure Water Packaging Machine adopts rotary intermittent spray flushing, from bottle feeding transmission, bottle clamping rack, bottle flipping, synchronous bottle spraying until the bottle is drained and filled.
The bottle mouth is clamped and filled at normal pressure to ensure accurate sealing between the bottle mouth and the filling valve mouth, eliminating the leakage caused by the non-round bottle, skewed bottle body and thin bottle wall when filling the original bottle bottom.
The programmable controller is used to control the whole process from bottle feeding to packaging.
The magnetic clutch capping head is used, and the torque can be adjusted to ensure the quality of the capping.
