Jndwater seawater desalination machine employs advanced reverse osmosis (RO) membrane separation technology, specifically designed for treating highly saline seawater (TDS 30,000–45,000 mg/L), and can convert seawater into freshwater that meets drinking water standards

5. How does the desalination work?
Pretreatment stage: Seawater is filtered through multi-media to remove suspended matter, colloids and microorganisms, and then the precision filter element is used to intercept particles ≥5 μm.
High-pressure boosting: The plunger pump pressurizes the pretreated water to 5.5-6.5 MPa, breaking the osmotic pressure balance of seawater.
Membrane separation: High-pressure seawater enters the RO membrane stack, water molecules pass through the membrane wall to form fresh water, and high-concentration brine is discharged after energy recovery.
