3. Plastic Bottle Making Machine Product functions
Preform heating and conveying: manually put into the heating furnace, and the preform is evenly heated by the infrared heating system
Blowing molding: the heated preform is sent to the blowing mold, and the preform is blown into the required bottle shape by high-pressure gas.
Cooling and discharge: after blowing, the bottle body temperature is quickly reduced by the cooling system to ensure the molding strength of the bottle body. After cooling, the finished bottle is discharged automatically or manually.
Manual mold change: the semi-automatic blow molding machine supports manual mold change to meet the needs of different bottle production, ensuring the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment.
