5. How does the Soda Bottling Machine work?
The soda water filling machine adopts isobaric filling technology, and its working principle is as follows:
Initial position: The bottle has not yet touched the filling valve, and all gas and liquid channels are in a closed state.
Inflation pressure: The bottle and the filling valve cover rise to the predetermined position together, the inflation valve opens, and the pressurized gas (usually carbon dioxide) enters the bottle from the annular storage cylinder through the inflation channel.
Injection and return of gas: When the pressure in the bottle reaches the pressure of the storage cylinder, the liquid valve automatically opens, and the liquid flows into the bottle through the opened filling valve. At the same time, the gas in the bottle returns to the storage cylinder or the air chamber through the return pipe.
Valve closure: When the liquid level in the bottle reaches the predetermined height, the rotary fork closes the pressure gas valve and the liquid valve.
Inflation: The top carbon dioxide filling valve is opened, and carbon dioxide or other inert gas is filled into the bottle from the annular groove to drive away the air at the bottleneck.
Pressure release: The pressure release valve opens, and the pressure in the bottle escapes to the annular groove through the needle valve in the pressure release channel.
