5. How does the soda bottling machine work?
Based on the principle of pressure balance, the beverage pre-filled with CO₂ is injected into the bottle by a servo-driven plunger pump. When the pressure in the bottle reaches a dynamic balance with the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder, the liquid level sensor triggers the filling to terminate, and the residual gas recovery device recovers the unused CO₂ to the gas storage tank.
