The water cup filling machine is suitable for the filling and sealing containers such as plastic cups and bowls with liquid ,cream , jelly,milk ice-cream,fruit jam,etc.
The machine functions for cup feeding,film feeding,printing,filling ,sealing and cutting are all fully automatic being controlled by a range if sensors. These ensure accurate location of the cups for filling the product and sealing and cutting of the printed top material.
There are a range of machines in the series all with the capability of filling different types and sizes of containers.
All machines are manufactured by food grade stainless steel and utilize the lastest technology.
J&D water can also manufacture machines to individual customer’s specifications.
Cup rinsing is optional.
