Product Introduction
This 5-gallon (18.9L) fully automated bottled water bottling line is designed for drinking water, purified water, mineral water, and spring water. It integrates bottle washing, filling, capping, conveying, light inspection, film sealing, and palletizing processes, achieving full automation from empty bottles entering the factory to finished products leaving the warehouse. The entire line is made of food-grade 304/316 stainless steel and is suitable for new construction or production line upgrades in medium to large-sized water plants.

- Empty Drum Recycling/Loading → Automatic Drum Loading Machine or Manual Loading
- External Brush Cleaning → Rotating brushes clean stains on the drum body
- Internal Washing and Disinfection → High-pressure spraying + Circulating disinfectant spray
- Draining and Drying → Sterile compressed air blows away residual water
- Automatic Lid Installation & Sealing → UV sterilization followed by screwing/pressing to seal
- Light Inspection & Rejection → Manual or visual inspection; defective products are automatically rejected
- Heat Shrink Film Packaging → Automatic film application + heat shrinking (single drum/4-pack/6-pack optional)
