The Jndwater bottle neck labeling machine is an automated device for bottled product packaging. This device is mainly used for precise labeling of the bottle neck area and is suitable for production lines of beverages, alcoholic beverages, daily chemical products and other liquid foods.Various kind of bottle types, for example : round bottle, square bottle,flat bottle, curved bottle andcup-shaped,etc.

It adopts PLC programmable controller, imported servo motor, servo driver,frequency converter and transducer,besides, it adopts the positioning module to ensure casting label precise, rapid and stable

Heat shrinkage: Steam or hot air heating system (adjustable from 0-300℃) ensures that the label is flat and wrinkle-free.
Intelligent detection: Photoelectric sensors monitor the position of the bottle in real time and automatically adjust the labeling and cutting actions.

5. How does the automatic bottle labeler work?

Conveying and positioning: The bottle enters the equipment through the conveyor belt, and the photoelectric sensor triggers the label sleeve signal.
Label cutting: The servo system accurately cuts the label and sleeves it on the bottle.
Heat shrinkage shaping: The bottle enters the steam or hot air shrinking oven (180-250℃), and the label shrinks and fits under the heat.
Cooling output: The cooling system quickly shapes and the finished product is conveyed to the next process.
