Working Principle:

Designed with a linear group bottle inlet and outlet method, expanding filling capabilities. Various container shapes can be effectively filled with this equipment. Imported gas filling valves ensure a drip-free and drool-free filling process. Powerful PLC software support enables ideal filling operations. The human-machine interface allows all operations to be completed on the touchscreen.

Filling uses fixed flow path parameters, controlling filling time to achieve different metering levels. The precise filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, ensuring metering accuracy within ±1% error range, reducing unnecessary material loss and improving user economic benefits. The metering of each filling head can be individually adjusted to achieve consistent filling metering. This machine is programmed with a bottle feeding technique; it will not fill if there are no bottles or the counter is not in place. Filling only begins when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of bottles to be filled. The filling volume can be initially adjusted to the desired volume, and then fine-tuned to achieve the ideal filling accuracy.
