Built around your product and your building
The machine list is only half of a project. We prepare the following together with you, before production starts.
Factory layout and utilities We draw the line onto your building plan: machine positions, aisle width, water, air, power and drain points, ceiling height.
Bottle and preform Bottle shape and preform weight are set for your target cost per bottle. You approve a sample bottle before we build.
Label, cap and packaging Label artwork is checked against the machine: roll direction, gap, eye mark and sleeve size. Cap, carton and pallet pattern are agreed with your supplier.
Your brand, your electrical standard OEM and ODM: machine colour, nameplate, manual and control screen can carry your brand. Voltage, frequency and manual language are set for your country.

Send your bottle size and target output
We reply with a layout drawing, a list and a price. Send three things: bottle volume in millilitres, bottles per hour, and your raw water source.
