Jnd water 5 gallon bottled water filling machine is a device specially used to fill purified drinking water into 5-gallon (about 18.9 liter) capacity buckets. It is mainly used in bottled water production enterprises.
2. 5-Gallon Water bottling machine Product features
Water storage system-large water storage tanks, usually made of stainless steel, to ensure the purity and quality of water.
Filling system: The core is the filling head to ensure stable water flow and accurate control of filling volume. Below the filling head is an interface that matches the mouth of the 5-gallon water bucket, which can fit tightly to the mouth of the bucket during filling to prevent water from splashing.
Cleaning system: It includes multiple cleaning nozzles, which are distributed at different positions of the bucket cleaning station and can perform all-round cleaning of the inside and outside of the bucket.
Capping system: The capping system includes a cap sorter and a capping machine. The cap sorter can sort the messy bottle caps into a unified direction and transport them one by one to the working position of the capping machine. The capping machine screws the bottle cap tightly onto the mouth of the water bucket by rotating it to ensure a good seal and prevent water leakage and external pollution.
