Jndwater’s automatic bottle labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper and employs a cylinder-based bottle clamping method. Equipped with automatic bottle separating, it completes bottle placement and labeling in one operation. An optional color tape coding machine can simultaneously print the production date on the label. The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC from Japan, with synchronous tracking. Label dispensing is controlled by a stepper motor, ensuring that the label dispensing speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed. With the addition of positioning photoelectric sensors, it can achieve precise label placement. It is a modern mechatronics product with excellent and reliable performance. The self-adhesive labeling machine offers advantages such as cleanliness, no mold growth, aesthetically pleasing and secure label application that does not peel off, and high production efficiency.
