Intelligent detection: Photoelectric sensors monitor the position of the bottle in real time and automatically adjust the labeling and cutting actions.

5. How does the shrink labeler work?

Conveying and positioning: The bottle enters the equipment through the conveyor belt, and the photoelectric sensor triggers the label sleeve signal.
Label cutting: The servo system accurately cuts the label and sleeves it on the bottle.
Heat shrinkage shaping: The bottle enters the steam or hot air shrinking oven (180-250℃), and the label shrinks and fits under the heat.
Cooling output: The cooling system quickly shapes and the finished product is conveyed to the next process.
