JNDWATER has sent an engineer to Côte d’Ivoire to install a 6-cavity PET blow molding machine for a beverage producer in the country. The machine runs 180 ml, 300 ml and 500 ml bottles from one platform, at a maximum output of 10,000 bottles per hour.
What the 6-Cavity PET Blow Molding Machine Does
Six cavities and three mold sets cover the producer’s small-format range. Changing from 180 ml to 300 ml or 500 ml is a mold change, not a machine change, so one unit replaces three single-format lines.
| Project detail | This installation |
|---|---|
| Country | Côte d’Ivoire |
| Machine | 6-cavity blow molding machine |
| Bottle sizes | 180 ml, 300 ml, 500 ml |
| Mold sets | 3, changeable on the same machine |
| Maximum output | 10,000 bottles per hour |
| Scope | Installation, commissioning, operator training |
What the Engineer Does on Site
The JNDWATER engineer positions and aligns the machine, connects electrics and pneumatics, and sets heating and blowing parameters for each of the three bottle sizes. Trial runs are made with the client’s preforms until wall thickness and bottle weight hold.Operators are trained on mold change, start-up and daily checks before the machine moves to shift production. An earlier Côte d’Ivoire project on larger bottle formats is documented here.
Frequently Asked Questions
What bottle sizes does this 6-cavity machine run?
180 ml, 300 ml and 500 ml, each on its own mold set. Changeover is mechanical, so the same machine covers all three formats.

What is the maximum output of the machine?
10,000 bottles per hour. Actual output depends on bottle weight and the mold in use.
Does JNDWATER provide on-site installation?
Yes. An engineer travels to the plant for installation, commissioning and operator training, and stays until the trial run holds.
Can the machine run other bottle sizes later?
Yes, with an additional mold set. The machine itself does not change
JNDWATER builds PET blow molding machines from 2 to 12 cavities. Send the bottle sizes and target hourly output to get a configuration and a delivery schedule from the sales team.
