Uzbekistan, April 2026 – Shenzhen J&D Drinking Water Equipment Co., Ltd., a supplier of beverage packaging production equipment, successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a high-performance carbonated beverage filling production line at a beverage manufacturing company in Uzbekistan.
The installed production line is a fully integrated system capable of simultaneously producing carbonated soft drinks and bottled water. The complete system includes a pure water machine, an advanced water treatment system, a fully automatic blow molding machine, PET bottle blow molding machine, a carbonated water filling machine, auto sleeve labeling machine, and sleeve wrapping machine – all working together to produce high-quality finished products with high efficiency.
On-site Engineering: 30 Days of Precision Work
Jndwater dispatched a team of senior engineers to Uzbekistan to be stationed at the client’s factory for approximately one month, overseeing every aspect of the installation process. Their work included:
- Unpacking and positioning all major equipment
- Connecting the water treatment system to the client’s water supply network
- Commissioning the fully automated PET bottle blowing machine
- Setting up the carbonated water filling machine, ensuring filling accuracy and CO₂ control stability
- Installing and fine-tuning the labeling machine and sleeve wrapping machine
- Training local operators and maintenance personnel
Despite challenges such as language barriers and differences in local utility standards, the JNDWATER team completed the project on time and within budget.
High-Efficiency Filling and Packaging Line
The core of the entire production line is the carbonated water filling machine. This equipment utilizes isobaric filling technology, effectively maintaining CO₂ content and preventing foaming. It also features rapid changeover capability. The filling machine achieves a filling accuracy of ±1.5ml and can operate at speeds up to 5000 bottles/hour.
In the upstream section, a pure water system and water treatment system (including multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, and reverse osmosis) ensure that the process water meets international pure water standards. A fully automatic blow molding machine blows preforms into directly fillable PET bottles on-site, while a PET bottle blowing machine provides consistent bottle quality.
In the downstream section, a high-speed labeling machine fully wraps the bottles, giving them a beautiful and high-end appearance. Subsequently, a sleeve wrapping machine groups the filled bottles into multi-packs, ready for direct entry into retail channels. The entire production line is controlled by a PLC system.
During the final acceptance test, the client’s production manager highly praised the equipment’s performance.
The carbonated water filling machine runs very smoothly, and the labeling quality of the sleeve labeling machine is also excellent.
