Shenzhen J&D Drinking Water Equipment Co., Ltd. , a leading manufacturer of beverage filling and packaging machinery, has successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and training for a 2,000–3,000 BPH small bottle filling line for a Hong Kong-based beverage producer. The line has now officially entered production.

The project highlights JNDWATER’s capability to deliver customized small bottle filling line solutions that adapt to challenging factory conditions—demonstrating that even in space-constrained urban environments, fully automated bottled water production is achievable.
Space Constraints in Hong Kong
Hong Kong’s limited land resources have long posed a significant challenge for manufacturing operations. With high land values and limited industrial space, manufacturers in the region face mounting pressure to maximize production within confined footprints. The client’s facility was no exception—the factory had limited floor space and could not accommodate a traditional, single-room production line layout.
The Solution: Decentralized Layout with Conveyor Integration
To overcome these spatial limitations, the JNDWATER engineering team designed a tailored solution: each core piece of equipment was placed in a separate room, connected by a customized conveyor system to form a complete, continuous bottle filling line.
The production line was divided across multiple rooms, with the water treatment system, filling machine, labeling machine, and packaging machine each installed in separate spaces. A custom-designed conveyor belt system links the equipment across rooms, ensuring smooth transfer of bottles between each stage of the production process.
This compact, decentralized layout enabled the client to deploy a complete automated small bottle filling machine system without costly factory renovations or expansion. The solution aligns with the “smart micro-factory” concept increasingly adopted in Hong Kong—maximizing output within minimal space through advanced automation.
On-Site Installation, Commissioning & Training
JNDWATER dispatched an experienced engineering team to the client’s Hong Kong facility for on-site installation and commissioning. The engineers:
Positioned and anchored all equipment across the separate rooms
Installed and calibrated the conveyor system linking all workstations
Integrated the water treatment system, bottle filling machine, labeling machine, and packaging machine into a unified production line
Conducted comprehensive small bottle filling line commissioning to ensure stable operation at the target 2,000–3,000 BPH capacity
Following successful commissioning, the engineering team delivered systematic operator training covering:
Daily equipment operation procedures
CIP cleaning program setup and execution
Common fault identification and troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance best practices
Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, the client’s team was equipped to independently operate and maintain the entire line.
Client Recognition
The client expressed strong satisfaction with the small bottle filling line solution, particularly praising JNDWATER’s ability to design a fully automated bottled water production system that fit their compact facility.
